Marketing Executive

Xenotran, a government and commercial contractor is seeking a seasoned marketing professional who is able to develop, establish and maintain marketing and public relation strategies to meet our objectives.

This professional should be an aggressive marketing minded individual able to introduce and promote our services and capabilities, create exposure, brand our name, target customers, develop opportunities and more.

Our engineering services include FPGA, VHDL, DSP, embedded, mod/demod, IF/RF, modem work, waveform development, channel modeling, simulation, validation, verification, bread board development and more. We develop components that our incorporated in wireless communications such as UHF satellite systems, CDMA, WiFi, WiMax, etc.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• Create, manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
• Write press releases, and ensure that news and events are accurately published
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
• Determine and manage the marketing budget

Education and Experience:

• Aggressive self starter with a marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Experienced in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
• Outgoing personality with excellent customer skills
• Technical marketing skills
• Proven experience in customer and market research
• Relevant knowledge of how to market a service company
• Experience with relevant software applications
• Minimum 7+ years marketing experience at a small organization
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be a US Citizen

Internal Telesales/BD

Xenotran, a government contractor, is seeking an aggressive individual with telesales experience to introduce and promote our services and capabilities. Someone to plant the “seeds” of who we are and what we offer.

Our engineering services include FPGA, VHDL, DSP, embedded, mod/demod, IF/RF, modem work, waveform development, channel modeling, simulation, validation, verification, bread board development and more. We develop components that our incorporated in wireless communications such as UHF satellite systems, CDMA, WiFi, WiMax, etc.

We are seeking someone who is experienced with rapport building, probing for needs, and who exhibits excellent phone etiquette.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• Extensive outbound phone calling
• Identify contacts within target accounts
• Develop level understanding of company's services to facilitate qualification efforts
• Track all leads and outcome of calls

Education and Experience:

• Extensive outbound telesales experience promoting services
• Knowledge of sales tracking software such as Act, Goldmine, etc.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong work ethic and proven ability to work effectively in a changing environment
• Must be a US Citizen
