Xenotran Joins SP Systems Team on SeaPort-e Contract
The Xenotran Corporation (www.Xenotran.com) announced that it has joined the SP Systems (www.SP-Systems.com) SEAPORT-e contract team. The SEAPORT-e vision is to provide a faster, better, and cheaper means in which to procure Professional Support Services for the US Navy and related organizations.

SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) has made electronic procurement of Engineering, Financial, and Program Management support services a reality. Using SeaPort-e, the Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR) has adopted an integrated approach to contracting for support services. SeaPort-e provides a standardized means of issuing competitive solicitations amongst a large & diverse community of approved contractors, as well as a platform for awarding & managing performance-based task orders. This unified approach allows SeaPort-e service procurement teams to leverage their best work products, practices, & approaches across the Navy's critical service business sector.

SP Systems (SPS) is an 8(a)-certified corporation providing professional services to government and commercial clients in space and Earth science, computational science, engineering laboratory support, systems engineering, a broad range of information technology (IT) and administrative and document support services, education and public outreach (E/PO), and logistics support. SPS holds a top secret facility clearance and employees hold security clearances as required by our clients. Founded in 1999 by Dr. B. Swami Reddy, SPS has grown to nearly 100 employees and currently holds seven prime contracts with NASA and NOAA.

The waveforms will become part of the next generation radio systems used by the US Navy, Army, Air Force and Special Operations Commands.
